REFUND POLICY

Setup Fee

The $50 setup fee is completely non-refundable, under all circumstances.
This fee covers account creation, configuration, and system activation and will not be returned for any reason.

 

Order Fees

The $4 charge per accepted order is also non-refundable once the system captures the order.

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Vendor rejections
  • Out-of-stock issues
  • Incorrect details submitted by the client
  • Duplicate or low-value orders
  • Portal or platform errors
  • Internet, device, or browser issues
  • Delayed email forwarding
  • Account login failures

No Refunds for Third-Party or External Issues

Refunds will not be issued for any problems caused by:

  • Platform/server downtime
  • API errors
  • Portal glitches
  • Poor network connection
  • ISP failures
  • Device or browser malfunction

Client-side configuration or negligence
Anything outside our system is not refundable.

No System-Failure Refunds

Refunds do not apply, even if there is a technical error or system failure.
The service is provided “as-is,” and all fees paid are final.

Service Cancellation

You may cancel the service anytime, but:

  • No refunds will be issued for the setup fee
  • No refunds for previous order charges
  • Pending dues must be cleared before account closure
